3. DO THE FIXTURES COME WITH THE LIGHT BULBS?
>>> Our Fixtures are priced without light bulbs. Bulbs can be ordered separately on line as well just go to "MADE TO ORDER" on product category. Please e-mail 'info@azcor.com.ph" for customer assistance.


4. CAN I USE LED BULBS?
>>> Yes, all our fixtures are designed for using LED bulbs.

5. HOW DO I INSTALL THE FIXTURE?
>>>All fixtures have mounting and installation instructional inside the delivery boxes. Site installations can be requested and are charged separately. Please e-mail 'info@azcor.com.ph" for customer assistance.

6. DO YOU DELIVER? HOW MUCH WILL THE DELIVERY COST?

7. HOW DO I PAY FOR THE PURCHASE?

8. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
>>> Azcor Lighting Systems, Inc. warrants all the delivered lighting fixtures to be free from defects in material workmanship. We shall, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of last delivery and acceptance, repair or replace the defective units, without cost to the original purchaser provided the units are properly installed and not dropped or dented. Bulbs are not included in the fixture warranty.

This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.

9. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
>>> Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
1. Upon the arrival of your item(s), our delivery staff will unseal box and present the items to the authorized recipient of said items. (only applicable to metro and local deliveries)
2. We encourage you or your authorized recipient to personally check and make sure that they are made to the agreed specifications and custom measurements.
3. Return of made to order items must be made within seven (7) days after receipt, in order to be eligible for replacement.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that ordering a lighting fixture is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our lighting fixtures are made-to-order, whether you ordered a standard size or custom made fixture, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.
• - Orders cancelled within 7 days of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.
• - Orders cancelled more than 7 days after payment confirmation* will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
• - Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
